Originally from Dublin, she holds degrees in Humanities from University College Dublin and the Open University. As a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), she is committed to ongoing professional development in human resources.
Before her current position, Adele served as Head of Human Resources and Culture at flypop, where she showcased exceptional leadership, creative problem solving, collaboration and compliance knowledge. An excellent communicator, she thrives in collaborative environments and fosters teamwork. Adele is also a trustee of the Linton Children's Book Fair, reflecting her commitment to community engagement.
Adele began her career at Ryanair, holding roles such as check-in staff, cabin crew, supervisor, trainer, and flight operations administrator. This experience honed her customer-facing skills and ensured passenger safety. She played a pivotal role in the fleet transition from the B737-200 to the B737-800, contributing to pilot recruitment, licensing, conversion training, and operational training standards while collaborating with diverse teams.
Following her time at Ryanair, Adele transitioned to the pharmaceutical sector as Personal Assistant to the COO, where she spearheaded a low-cost business travel initiative, reducing expenses and enhancing client savings while improving staff convenience through the strategic use of secondary airports.
With extensive recruitment experience in both public and private sectors, Adele has a strong focus on compliance and licensing, including pilot licensing in aviation. Her ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes, along with her strong communication skills, makes her an invaluable asset. Charlie has over 30 years of global experience in the low-cost airline industry, having encountered virtually every challenge. He transformed Ryanair into a profitable low-cost carrier, founded Tiger Airways in Singapore, consulted for Webjet in Brazil and assisted Ryanair’s LaudaMotion acquisition. He brings outstanding industry knowledge, commercial awareness, and strategic management.

Hitesh Patel is a seasoned aviation start-up specialist with over 30 years' experience in operations, financial planning, and business development. Formerly JetBlue’s Technical Director, Kingfisher Airways’ COO, and Veling Aviation's CEO, he now leads Blu3Aero consultancy, advising Riyadh Air on operational strategy and regulatory compliance for airline innovation.
