Since 2022, he has served as Head of Legal at flypop, recently becoming Chief Commercial Officer, playing a key role in driving business growth and operational excellence across various sectors.
Mike has extensive experience in both commercial leadership and investment management, and is a results-driven c-suite executive, committed to driving business growth and operational excellence across diverse sectors. As the Chief Commercial Officer at Flypop, Mike plays a pivotal role in shaping the airline's global business strategy and expanding its market presence, with a focus on innovative commercial solutions and customer-centric business practices. Mike has been Head of Legal at flypop since March 2022.
Mike practised for over 25 years as a corporate lawyer including 19 years as a managing partner of a city firm. Mike’s multifaceted commercial expertise includes corporate and investment strategy, risk management and corporate governance to help navigate challenges with clarity and precision, delivering results that align with organizational goals. As an analytical thinker and natural problem solver, Mike is passionate about fostering growth and innovation and creating sustainable value for Flypop.
Mike also serves as Chief Commercial Officer for DVGA (Vox DataVista) a fast-growing global data privacy & compliance technology business based in London with offices in South Africa and USA
